I have always been a natural foods enthusiast, and been interested in herbs and natural healing. I recently had a physical, and found that my weight had ballooned up to 262 pounds, and my blood pressure had become high, and the doctor wanted to put me on medication for hypertension.
I preferred to take a natural approach, knowing that lowering my weight would be the safest way to lower my blood pressure.
I have so far lost just over 20 pounds, over about 6 months. My goal is to get to 210 pounds, which is what I weighed in college.
I plan to share what I have learned about losing weight safely and naturally through this blog.
