Simple Natural Weight Loss has been MIA for several days. We want to apologize for not posting any new material for several days but we were affected by the hurricane that just came up the East Coast. Fortunately, we did not suffer any major damage, a little water leaked into the basement, some tree branches down, that sort of thing. But, we were without power, telephone service, and internet service until a few minutes ago. We have some things to deal with related to storm clean-up, but hope to be back on our normal schedule by tomorrow. We wanted to let our regular readers that we were OK, and hope everything gets back on track soon.

Many of our friends are still without power, but most suffered only minor damage; some of the areas hit by the hurricane were severely damaged; our prayers are with the families of those who lost their lives during the storm.
