This kicks your metabolism into overdrive. The reason for this is because your body is now working to digest food intake more often. The real trick is eating the right foods that makes your system work to do this. 3. Eating Right – Say goodbye to fast food and processed food. Focus on eating foods with a high nutritional value. Fresh food is the way to go. 4. The Meats – Chicken and fish are your best choices because there is much less saturated fats. If you are a beef person, then stick with the leanest beef you can afford to buy. 5. Water and Liquids – Drink more water throughout the day to help flush out your body. Vegetable juice is even better. If you are a fan of V-8 type juices, then life will certainly be easier for you. 6. Start Moving – It’s time to get your cardiovascular system working. Go for a walk, jog, do aerobics, or any exercise that will get your heart pumping for 30 minutes or more. This will speed up your metabolism and lead to easy fat loss. 7. Get Good Shut Eye – It is important to get a good night rest. At least 8 hours per night is recommended to give your body the rest that it needs to function properly and be that fat burning machine. If you really want to achieve easy fat loss, then you will have to do some work. The tips above will set all of this in motion for you. The real key to this is don’t cheat on yourself. You will not lose weight quickly if you begin resorting back to old eating patterns and not exercising.

I think eating more meals is a good suggestion, as long as you eat smaller meals; I think 5 smaller meals is better than 3 regular meals, because it keeps your blood sugar more even, and you never feel ravenously hungry.
Making good choices about the food you eat by maximizing nutritional value while minimizing calories is an effective strategy for weight loss, fast food rarely helps.
For beef eaters, I would recommend looking not only for leaner cuts, but for grass fed beef (or buffalo which is grass fed) which is leaner and higher in CLA (conjugated lineolic acid), an essential nutrient, which seems to help the body process fat.
I think water is the best choice for a beverage, and don’t believe V-8 type juices are better.
In terms of exercise, be sure to clear any exercise program with your doctor.
