You won’t find me recommending diet pills, or any extreme diets, no magic pills or stimulants.
You will find information on what has worked for me, and any new information that I find valuable enough to share.
There is really only one way to lose weight (not counting surgical removal of fat, such as liposuction), and that is to metabolize, or burn, more calories than you consume. You can do this by eating fewer calories, while maintaining your activity level, or increasing your activity level (or speeding up your metabolism), while eating the same number of calories, or some combination of these. But it all comes down to burning more calories than you consume.
I will share what I have done myself to lose weight, and anything useful I have learned along the way, and welcome questions and comments.
