My next simple natural weight loss tip is: Don’t clean your plate.
Many of us were raised to eat everything on our plates. Couple this with the larger portion sizes served in restaurants and even in homes, and it’s no wonder obesity is such a problem.

If you are served more than a serving of food, do not feel obligated to eat it. If you are in a restaurant, ask for a doggy bag, and take home the extra food. If you are visiting a friend or relative, let your host or hostess know that it is more food than you want to eat. (Be considerate, don’t make your host/hostess fell uncomfortable.)
Eating proper portions is an easy way to control your calories, and to lose weight.
