If you are looking at a diet plan that asks you to make gradual improvements to these choices, you may lose weight more slowly, but it will be easier to maintain. Then you can answer this question with a “Yes!”
It doesn’t matter how successful other people have been on a diet, if you can’t follow < it, it won’t help. So look for a diet plan which you feel good about. (If you are on a diet prescribed by a doctor, don’t change without talking to your doctor; if you can’t do what he tells you, he needs to know, so you can find an acceptable alternative together.)
