My next simple natural weight loss tip is: Change your focus.
It’s easy when you are dieting to become obsessed with what you are eating, and how many calories in every food, and how much fat it contains. I am going to suggest that you stop focusing on those things.
Stop focusing on losing weight or having a smaller waist, or fitting into a smaller dress size. Think instead about becoming healthier every day.
If you are focused on becoming healthier, and make choices about what you eat, and what you do (including exercising) every day, and how it helps or hinders you in your goal of becoming healthier, weight loss will happen as a by-product of your health improving.
You may also find it easier (and more fun) to keep your mind focused on the positive; what you can eat and what you can do to make yourself healthier, rather than on what you can’t eat so you can lose weight.
