This is the last tip in the series, I hope you have enjoyed reading them, and that you are succeeding at losing weight.

I have offered a series of different tips all this month, and for this last natural weight loss tip for February, I want to say keep trying. Pick one of the many tips I have given, and use it until it becomes habitual.

If you have not reached your weight loss goal, pick another and repeat, until you succeed.

Don’t try to take all of the tips and make a massive change all at once to your entire way of life. It is much more challenging to make this kind of change, and much easier to make small changes, a little at a time. As you make the small changes habitual, it becomes a gradual shift from a lees healthy lifestyle to a more healthy one. The gradual shift is easier for the body to accept and maintain, trying to do it too abruptly is like a massive shock, and your normal habit patterns rebel against it.

Aim for gradual improvement if you want lasting change.
