My simple natural weight loss tip for today is: Do not read or watch television while you are eating.
There have been many studies done which have shown that people who read or watch television while they are eating tend to consume significantly more calories, usually without realizing it. The habit of distracting yourself while you are eating makes it easy to eat past the point where you are no longer hungry, and is detrimental to any kind of weight loss plan.
Turn off the TV while you are eating, put aside the newspaper or magazine until after dinner. Your waistline will thank you for it.
