<p>We do think that finding physical activities that you enjoy are important; you are far more likely to do an activity regularly if you enjoy it than if you feel like you are being tortured. I also did not have space for a home gym or any other elaborate equipment, so I had given up on finding a solution, then a friend showed me a book, <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0060505389?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=herballistrem-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=0060505389">8 Minutes in the Morning: A Simple Way to Shed up </a> to 2 Pounds a Week Guaranteed<img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=herballistrem-20&amp;l=as2&amp;o=1&amp;a=0060505389" alt="" width="1" height="1" border="0" /> , and I had found what I was looking for. The book offered an easy workout, with minimal equipment (a set of dumbbells for some of the exercises), and it only took eight minutes a day. The book also offers tips on diet, as well as how to keep your self motivated. I found it to be very helpful, and still use the workouts most mornings, since it is easy to find eight minutes, and it makes me feel better at the start of my day.</p>
