Man, I should say running is one of the best de-stressers there is. This perhaps together with heavy-bag work. I run every day and it doesn’t increase my stress level, it reduces it. Cause it’s all about circulation. That is what prevents you from getting diseased and stressful. Everything in the universe circulates and we are a part of that universe. This together with drinking a lot of water can prevent a lot problems in your body.

Thanks, i’ll give it a shot. i’ve been doing a lot of incline and keeping the speed low, only 3 miles and hour, i don’t know if that makes a difference(i guess that would be considered low cardio), plus i plan on adding strength training along with it, boyfriend has a bowflex collecting dust.

when i was younger i used to build muscle by doing hours of yoga, i developed juvenielle diabetes late in life and quit smoking when i got diagnosed… since then i put on some pounds, my body tightens up really bad could that be from electrolytes being off I’m finding the cardio helps that, just recently started doing an hour on the treadmill a night. what about cardio being great to ward off cardio vascular disease? Or should i be doing low impact 41/f
